In this case, you will only be charged for the cost of returning the products.<\/p>\n

Returns are accepted with the sales receipt only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as the one you received, without their packaging being unsealed or damaged.<\/p>\n

You are obliged to inform the Store in writing of your intention to return the products you purchased stating the date \/ number of the purchase receipt within the aforementioned time period.<\/p>\n

If you withdraw from your purchase, the entire amount will be refunded to you without further delay within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Store is informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Refunds can be made using the same method you used to pay for your Order, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method. Under no circumstances will you be charged extra for such a refund. The Store has the right to delay the refund until the goods are returned or until you prove that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first. You are obliged to send the goods or deliver them to the Store without undue delay within 14 calendar days from the date of declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The Store will consider that the deadline has been met if you send the products back before the end of the 14 day period. You will be charged the cost of returning the goods.
